But more than 70% PTC networks are scam/fraud and they do not pay their members that they earn. 20% PTC networks are not completely scam because they pay their members according to Countries such as most of working only pay to members if they are from USA or Canada etc and only 10% of PTC Networks are there which really pay their members and who are not SCAM or fraud.
