Oregon Grown Hemp: Oportunities for land owners through our Farm Partnership Program(FPP)

Farm Partnership Program

Outline:
OGH seeks to partner with farmowners to give them, and us, the opportunity for true ecological restoration while making a great profit! We at OGH are dedicated to regenerating topsoils, diversifying life, and sequestering CO2 through organic no-till cover crop hemp farming. We promise that by partnering with us you will not only become a carbon positive farm but that you will be profitable at the same time. With our methods of regenerative farming we estimate we can build more than 1” of topsoil per year, sequester 20 tonnes of CO2/acre and harvest over 3000 lbs of dried hemp flower/acre.

Compliance guidelines:
Never use chemicals, synthetic/inorganic fertilizers, or any “icides”- truly organic.
Implement at least 7 symbiotic elements within a system and stack as many functions as possible within each element.
Adopt holistic management and permaculture practices into every aspect of the farm possible to maintain a diverse and ecologically responsible stewardship of this planet.
Minimize water consumption by utilizing as many rainwater collection/water conservation techniques as possible for your given environment
No-till, always work toward building soil @ a minimum of 1’/year
A goal must be to sequester more CO2 than your farm emits.

Options:
Farm owners will be paid with a percentage of royalties to the profits made from their farm.

1.) Ranches or farms that wish to retire but would still like to reap rewards from their land can opt to partner with us for rights to 13% royalties from the profits that your farm makes. OGH will use your land to build topsoil, restore water tables, and sequester carbon through the use of regenerative farming techniques. All improvements made to the property by OGH will be paid for by OGH and left for the owners of the land free of charge, these improvements may include but are not limited to greenhouse structures, fruit/nut trees, swales, ponds, and rainwater harvesting systems.!

2.) Ranches and farms who have an interest in the hemp industry and want to grow it themselves but have no experience or education on how to cultivate, harvest, and process the crop have the opportunity to partner with us and receive access to all the programs we offer as well as free genetics and consultations throughout the growing process. We will also provide transplanting and harvesting equipment for fast and easy operations so there isn't a need to hire large crews to perform seasonal tasks. All we require is that you grow and care for the crop following the guidelines provided in the business plan. We will dry and process all of the material for the farm and provide them with 70% of the profits after it has been verified organic and tested for contaminants, molds, and pesticides.

3.) Ranches currently using their land for free ranging animals can partner with us to create a rotational grazing holistic management system with hemp and cover crops to sequester carbon, create diversity, regenerate soils and replenish water tables through the use of regenerative farming practices. Our research team will monitor carbon levels and provide tables representing your farms carbon offset as well as your total savings in water and energy. This partnership would be one with a working relationship between the farm owners and OGH. We will require that you participate in herding the animals, developing closed loop systems, and building infrastructure if needed, but we will pay for any licenses, fees, or registrations required for the operation. We guarantee that by partnering with us your livestock will be happy, your land will be happy, and most of all you will be happy because you will be reaping huge rewards, not only financially but spiritually because you will be doing amazing things for this planet and all the life that lives on it!!! This partnership would grant the landowner royalties to 30% of the profits that come from the farm.
