Whatever Happened to Fukushima

It's funny how the media barely gives us an update on Fukushima. I found this report on Fox news that suggest they might dump radioactive water into the ocean, because it's hard to contain it above ground. They are trying to freeze the ground, in order to prevent groundwater penetration, but they claim it's only 70% effective. It looks like Japan is too cheap to do a proper cleanup.
