Mindfulness refers to meditation, the ability to be present, to learn and to enjoy the moment.

The full awareness, helps to be in the present, in this, in the here and now.

Mindfulness is the ability to enjoy the moment, without thinking about what to do next, or what has happened before, conditions the current moment.

When people connect with each other, breathe and manage to take advantage of perception and feeling, they end up contributing with everything that improves performance.

❖ In what has to be done.

That is the task, the performance enjoying all the activities.

❖ Patience.

Patience helps you to work with mindfulness, you must set aside bad thoughts, learn to breathe and be patient, letting life bring things that can not be controlled.

❖ Meditation.

Helps to breathe consciously, becoming aware of how it is done, of what the sensations are and how it feels. That leads to a greater process of attention that is important to know the body so as not to be afraid.

Classes for children of mindfulness


The classes for its start may be around eight (08) weeks. where they are teaching how to breathe, meditate, connect with himself, away from thoughts that should not be in the person.
