The education of children is not an opportunity, it is a reality that must be instructed on order, responsibility, tasks, training, limits and it is essential to be there to provide them with the tools for their learning.
Being teachers is to be aware that education is based on transformation, but we must be aware of coherent teaching models to educate the will, and it is necessary to understand and work taking into account the environment that surrounds us.
The will is based on:

✍ In having character.
But this will must be educated, teaching children to love, this is born because it is what you want and you must follow the good.
An example of education at will:

✍ In treating people well.
To educate in the will is to seek personal satisfaction
When educated, it must be formed in values of autonomy, authority, willingness to decide who it is and who it should become.

✍ Not wanting to try drugs or having bad habits, just because the group of friends does it, but the child does not have to. That emphasizes that not everyone should do the same.
What is the key to learning to have will?
The key is not to provide a prohibitive education, the key is to educate the children well, so that they understand what can affect them, what causes them an evil, learn to differentiate the good from the bad and find the right path.
To educate well, it is demonstrated that it is fundamental to do it from the family and from the school, two homes that contribute the knowledge of the will in different areas. They are two educational instances that must go together to achieve the objective.
Educating to achieve excellence in goodwill
To achieve this, it will only depend on the education the child receives in the growth process. Achieving it will never depend on the IQ or luck, but how they learn from birth to 8 years, when the brain still has plasticity and is in the period of maturation. It is in those years when self-esteem, autonomy and self-confidence are established or promoted, and that is what allows the will to advance.

This education acquires value, when a child is motivated to achieve a task, encouraging him to:

✍ You can be whoever you want, but choose well, be responsible.

The words are not only that, it is where there are infinite reasons to continue, to want, to advance, to be and to become the person who adds a thousand and one reasons to life, through the will.

A person with a will has the ability to go very far in life, unlike someone who has the same abilities but has no will.
For this and many more reasons, the will is educated in the intelligence because it is necessary to educate, cultivate and demand, is educated in the feelings and in many others that are part of the growth of the person. Educate in the will of children to be strong, face problems, have a high self-esteem, understand that they are valuable, have an adequate decision making and not depend on others.
The will is a capacity and is present from the first moment of birth, it should only be educated so that it is firmly formed.
What happens when a child has no will?
The child without a will of his own lives constantly threatened and remains fragile and vulnerable to others.
Example of the child without will:
✍ He is in classes, but he does not do homework.
✍ He says he will contribute well, but he gets distracted and behaves badly.
✍ Does not pay attention in the classes.
When the child has no will, he does not do what he should do, but rather what is convenient for him at the time, because he does not know how to make his own decisions.
