The talent that children have, it is necessary to know how to handle it, so that they learn to fight for personal improvement, which allows them to grow in motivation and overcome themselves.

Motivation must be intrinsic, you must know where you can explore and see how far the child can go without fear of anything, always promoting enthusiasm in them.

To know how to take advantage of talent, the child must be brave, dare to continue on a path. Every time the person introduces a change to grow and improve, he should try to do new things from another point of view or in a different way, for this it is necessary to make mistakes. It is part of the process, we should not be afraid of failure and this is how we give a step forward so as not to be continuously in the same place.

It is necessary in the management of talent to teach:

Talent is managed, but the specific ability to do something is of the nature of the person. Children who have the ability to develop can do it where they want.

It must be inculcated that brave people are those who dare, undertake and fail, but that failure should not be a bad concept, but a form of learning.
