Credibility is a fundamental value for people who in general live in society. Credibility can destroy a person's image, but how can it be lost, how can it be earned, and what factors influence it?
Why is credibility so important?
Credibility is important, is what makes people do not have to impose, or be authoritarian, if not simply with arguments, with the way they are, they become convincing.

The credibility is associated to the trust that people have and therefore directly related to social, professional and personal success.

People who are potentially credible make it much easier to trust them, and that way others want to do what they say. These people also make others have schemes, beliefs and change their attitude.

There is no credibility, if a series of features is not offered. Credibility has several phases.
Charisma has to do with the most genetic part and usually does not train, or you have it or you do not.
Charisma makes people look attractive, the person who has charisma must know how to use it. If you do not have charisma, it is true that the phases can be trained.
The first phase occurs when a person is known for the first time:
- Reputation.
- Physical appearance.
- The age of the person.
- Among others.
- Knowledge.
- Honesty.
- Transparency.
- You learn to take mistakes.
- Communication.
- Puntuality.
- Be consistent and firm.
- Organization.
- They are not controllable people.
Why do people tend to believe in others?

Because they seem to be reliable, serious, prepared, and that is that you can talk about anything, such as culture, politics, medicine, science, they generally establish topics that cover all areas and is where people transmit credibility.
People with credibility contribute knowledge, and that is important to generate seriousness.
