The true education is mental, because it is where success and failure begin, fostering the search and meaning of life. The result of the triumph implies the education of the subconscious for the realization as a person, for a life with physical, emotional and mental well-being. As educators and motivators, we have to plant ideas and thoughts to children from their childhood so that the true nature of child manifested.

What we place in the child's mind is important, recognizing the good inherent in the nature of the message conveyed. And we must be aware that when we sow pleasant seeds of fresh fruits, that is what we will gather and if some unpleasant fruit is sown, we will have wandering thoughts.

Education is from the inside out and instruction is from the outside in, and it is incumbent upon us to inculcate positive thoughts in the fertile ground of the unconscious.

The subconscious has to process what enters through our senses, the subconscious then becomes the link between the conscious and the unconscious. When the subconscious sends a problem to archive it, the unconscious does not archive it, and this is because it first tries to find a solution to be able to archive.

Example of it:

When you have some kind of ailment it is because our unconscious decided that it is the best solution to solve the problem. And that is when the subconscious is resorted to.

Our subconscious is what determines our actions, the emotions we feel, depending on the programming that we have and the beliefs that a thought brings us in the moment.

Clearly, when you are not thinking about something, who takes control of everything is the subconscious, the conscious mind allows you to see the future and the past, establish goals and objectives, while the subconscious does thousands of things at once, can not go for the future or the past, is a reactive thought, through each stimulus that is received, is reacted and this is done according to the programming that is inside, the stored information that leads to a certain response, which gives as Result the result, repetition of the same response, both the subconscious is maintained with that information.


Consequences that lead to negative thoughts in the subconscious.

  • Causing damage to one's own person and to others.
  • Sequelae that have been lived.
  • Limitations imposed on oneself.
  • Environment of fears and failures.

How do we approach and work the subconscious in children?

  • By being careful with the words transmitted.
  • Before taking an action, you must ask yourself as an educator or motivator if it is bad or good, both for you and for others.
  • Tell them stories that fill their minds with positive content and reflect with them.
  • Teach to live fully and consciously in the here and now, to make fair decisions.
  • Offer love when something good has been done. This will help to repeat the good action.
  • When children perform a bad action, it is advisable to approach them by creating awareness of what happened, to make them responsible for their actions.
The determination or execution of our actions will depend on the subconscious, for example: remain silent while another speaks, is something that has been captured and that is there latent, that is, an acquired learning.

How do we program the subconscious?

It is necessary to do an activity to convince yourself, for example: to do with the children a practice in front of the mirror that demonstrates the performance of the subconscious, where the result is that the person becomes what he wants to be, where he will have to say the following:

  • I am strong.
  • I'm happy.
  • I am intelligent.
  • I can face difficulties.
  • I am able to defend myself.
  • I am able to lose my fear.
The subconscious stores and programs it, and this is what helps us to create in itself, because we have that constant repetition and it reaffirms itself day by day.

Activity that shows how the subconscious acts through the balancing test.

This is done as a practice that allows you to clearly determine how the subconscious responds in the body.

The idea is that children put on rights, close their eyes, think of something funny and something that causes fear.

Then, when you think about what causes fun, the subconscious acts and the body moves forward, whereas when children are asked to think of something that causes them fear, the body automatically moves backwards.

The body responds to the stimulation of the mind, through its programming, it is an efficient practice, and when it is put into operation constantly, the fears can be eliminated, when reprogramming, whenever activities are carried out to overcome them.

The subconscious is the most powerful weapon of the mind and working on the basis of it, helps to have better results.
