Self-knowledge is about making sense and being able to give the person the courage to ask difficult questions and make deep answers within oneself. Self-knowledge also has a meaning in life, which makes it possible to know each other well each day.

There are very good questions in the human being to be able to know, learn and understand, such as:
- What are the values that are possessed?
- What have been the most difficult moments of life?
- What have been the most beautiful periods of life?
- What is really scary?
- The limits of itself?
- What is it that frustrates?
- What situations lead to irritation?
How do people fill the gaps they have in their own self-knowledge?

People always have an expectation that has to do with the discovery itself. Therefore, when people analyze themselves, they also begin to discard operations, habits, functions that they have in daily life that do not comply or that are deliberately toxic, and to a large extent consume.
This supposes a capacity in people to stop and undergo an examination of personal self-knowledge. People must realize what destroys, repairs and builds.
Does fear influence self-awareness?
It is usually scary to see what frightens and paralyzes, it is like being in a mirror with the reflection of oneself.
People are afraid, because they just want to maintain an ideal image, see everything positive and not see what there is beyond that, an infinity of factors that affect the person.

When you know what causes fear, you can not pretend that you do not know what is happening, you can not repress it and with that you must act and do something to change. It is necessary to put efforts and many times it is difficult to do it.
Knowing yourself has to do with self-regulation?
If people do not learn to know themselves and do not know how to act, how they behave, among many others, they will never be able to progress in knowledge itself.
