A person has the ability to control consciously. Vygotsky was interested in the role that the cultural environment plays in the education and development of the individual. He tried not only to emphasize the importance of society in the development of higher mental functions. The researcher also wanted to identify how this mechanism works.

Every child is open to new skills. Learn to walk, talk and dominate the world around you; All your senses are tuned to perceive information from the outside world. But as they get older, living conditions contribute less to learning. An adult is no longer so confident, he is not ready to learn.

The more people have an education, narrow or broad profile, the more society and its members will have a healthy and prosperous life. However, scientists are still looking for methods and methods that improve the quality of education and increase the level of education. A priori society suggests that learning is meaningful and necessary.

But not every individual is inclined to think so. This may explain the theory of adaptation. From his point of view, only those knowledge, skills and abilities are important that allows him to adapt to the environment and survive. Knowledge that is not directly related to survival will not cause adequate motivation to acquire it. The role of training in personality development is of interest to those who can make an effort on themselves: not all individuals can find the necessary amount of free energy in themselves to perform actions that are not necessary from the point of nature view.

Practice shows that many people resist the acquisition of new knowledge. In schools, teenagers must be literally forced to absorb the minimum information that promises them a prosperous life in the future. Another phenomenon is that there is a fairly large percentage of people receiving education for a certificate. The real content of knowledge interests them little since it has no practical use. Usually, these are people with a low level of awareness, little interest in self-knowledge.

The profession is not seriously interested, but it is a means to support herself and her family.
In any living organism, the desire to obtain the best result through minimal effort is inherent. In fact, education is not an absolute blessing for everyone; However, everyone chooses for themselves if they want to overcome their biological nature or not.

Education is one of the most important processes. It affects both the material sphere of a person's life and their personal growth. The role of learning in personality development is expressed in a person who acquires a special understanding of the world that each type of education entails.
