We will help our children to communicate with us if our attitude toward them includes:

  • acceptance;

  • recognition (respect);
  • approval;
  • warm feelings.

By modeling our attitude towards children in accordance with the indicated principles, we will teach them to establish good relationships with peers and other people.

Recognition is very necessary for man. Show your child that you respect him. Only the praises aloud help.

Use the "here and now" principle: recognition should be expressed in the present tense and describe the events of the present moment.

If we respect the personality of the child, then we teach him to respect others, to listen to them, to accept them, and this already protects the child from many conflicts. The first thing we teach children is to be friends, and the second to solve conflicts.

The world of relationships between children, their emotions and experiences, in fact, is not very different from the world of adults.

Many conflicts would not have an additional continuation in both adults and children, if the feelings experienced by the offended side were heard and understood in time, someone close and significant.
