Acts of happiness delivery conduct

One of the halaqah material that impressed me both for my logic and my emotions was a material from Hasan Al-Banna entitled Maratibal Amal (Charitable Stages). When I got this material, I realized that I was at the point where we were preaching and going to the point where this mission was heading. The goal is to make our activities more energetic. It is conceivable that if we have a biased goal, we can be sure our practices are without direction. It is possible for people to say that our aim is to find the Ridha of Allah is not another, but it must be remembered that determining the purpose must be specific. Or the big goal must be cut into small goals, so that we can visualize it clearly. And what Hasan Al-Banna did was intended to do this. He did not intend to obscure our great aim to seek the Rida Allah, but rather he clarified it with more specific goals.

Maratibal charity also becomes our sequenceamal in fighting for this mission, according to the word of God:

"So if you have finished (from a business), keep working hard (for other matters)." (Q.S. Al-Insyirah: 7)

This makes our work more targeted because we know what we will do after we have done a practice. We are not preoccupied with searching for practice when we are done working on a practice. By setting what we will do first rather than action first, then it is in accordance with the words of wisdom:

"Failing to plan is tantamount to planning a failure."

Or Abe Lincoln's words: "If I was given seven hours to cut down trees, then I would use five hours to sharpen the ax".

Even based on the above verse we are commanded by Allah to strive (earnestly) to do the charity that will come after we have done a practice. Then the practice that will come should be better than the previous charity that we have done.

Maratibal Amal conceptualized by Hasan Al-Banna is still very relevant today. This is said because what he thinks is only the concept of a human being that can change according to changing times. Yusuf Qardhawi alone is a student of Al-Banna, has contemporary fatwas, even he dares to contradict the thoughts with Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah in the fatwa of the pronunciation of merry Christmas. That is not because everything outside the two heritage of the Muslims, Al-Quran and Al-Hadith, is not sacred and absolute. So Maratibal Amal is. We as a brother should not align his thoughts with the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith which have no defects at all and we also have to accept with a broad heart if there is a better concept or concept that perfects the thoughts of Hasan Al-Banna.

Without further widening, the following will be explained by Maratibal Amal with the perspective and words of the author himself. We apologize if there is a discrepancy because all that the author writes departs from what the author understands.

Hasan Al-Banna divided the stages of our da'wah charity into seven, namely:

NAFS ISLAHUN (Self Improvement)
Before we boast to establish a caliphate, it's good to see ourselves whether we enforce Islamic law at a minimum for ourselves? It's funny when people scream, "Destroy the thaghut! Thaghut cannot be the basis of the country! Establish Islamic law! Uphold the Caliphate! ", But he himself was still perforated, still lying, still like to violate other God's commands. This is truly hated by God. God says:

"O you who believe! Why did you say something you didn't do? (That) is hated in the sight of Allah if you say anything you don't do. "(Q.S. Ash-Shaff: 2-3)

Or maybe ikhwan had heard the story of a cleric Hasan Al-Bashri who did not want to convey material about freeing slaves before he finished collecting money to free slaves and after that he just wanted to deliver material about freeing slaves. I have heard studies from a young cleric (if you can say that), I am somewhat disagreeable with his views. He said to give taushiyah about getting married he did not have to marry. Even the cleric told that he had two mutarabbi people who had been married while he himself was not married and he felt comfortable. In my opinion, the view of the young cleric was quite wrong.

Then the question of what kind of self-improvement model would be achieved? The question was answered by Al-Banna with ten Muwashofat (characteristics) of the ideal brothers. Self-improvement is intended so that every Muslim has this muwashofat. The Muwashofat, namely:

a. Clean Aqeedah (Salimul Aqidah)

Before we go further, the first three muwashofat can be described as a tree. The root of the tree is a faith that has the form of faith, the stem is worship which is in the form of Islam, and the branches and leaves and also the fruit are moral, and one of the best characters is ihsan.

Aqidah or faith is likened to a root is the foundation that keeps the tree upright. Ideally, the higher the looming of a tree, the stronger the wind will hit and the strong roots that spread and which hit. That can mean that the higher the level of one's faith, the temptation of Allah will be tighter and the stronger the faith or belief is needed.

That is also why our early tarbiyah material is an introduction to God, with angels, with the Apostle so that before we are given other material we have a strong and solid foundation.

b. Right Worship (Shahihul Ibadah)

The second characteristic is likened to the stem of a tree which is the center of activity of a tree. It is he who realizes our thoughts, concepts, and dreams. Without action what we conceptualize is just nonsense. So this is where worship takes a role. A concept that is sufficient with action is far better than the concept that rises but without realization.

Worship is also broad in its meaning not only to Allah or worship of mahdah (read: hablumminallah), but to humans also is worship which is the worship of ghairu mahdah (read: hablumminannaas). All activities are basically recorded as worship if intended to seek the pleasure of Allah.

c. Sturdy Morals (Matinul Khuluq)

The third characteristic is the fruit of two characteristics that have been mentioned, namely solid morality. It comes from a strong aqeedah and solid worship. Isn't the Messenger sent to perfect morals? Every Muslim who has strong morals, his izzah (authority) will appear.

d. Physical Strength (Qowwiyul Jism)

The fourth ideal Muslim characteristic is to have a strong body. How do we want to do da'wah practices if our bodies are weak even though our obligations are more than the time we have. Physical strength is needed to support all that. We are also encouraged to always be prepared and there is at least one field of martial arts that we master. We also know the Apostle's suggestion to train ourselves so that we can archery, horse riding, and swimming. That is why our congregation is also a sports club because we are also concerned about this.

e. Intellect in Thinking (Mutsaqqoful Fikri)

An ideal Muslim is not a Muslim who can only speak Arabic, he must be able to speak English, even if necessary he can speak Mandarin, Japanese, or French. An ideal Muslim is not only staying at a boarding school, he also has to stay at Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, or Nanyang. An ideal Muslim not only can read the yellow book, he also must be able to read astrology, read financial statements, and even read the DNA of the human body.

To establish an Islamic state we do not only need clerics. We also need scientists, need doctors, need engineers, need architects, need soldiers, police, and others. So from that an ikhwan must scatter on this earth, broaden his horizons, and master science.

f. Fighting against Lust (Mujahadatul Linafsihi)

Although the hadith about the war against lust after the Battle of Uhud included the dhihit hadith, we can learn about the importance and importance of fighting against lust until it must be equated with the weight of the struggle in the Battle of Uhud. The strongest Muslim is not a Muslim who is good at wrestling, but a Muslim who can maintain his lust. We who are masters of our passions are not the opposite of lust that is the master of us. Lust is like a horse that attracts our wagon. We control it whether it wants to go forward, backward, to the right, or to the left everything is up to us and of course we control it by faith.

g. Clever Keeping Time (Harishun Ala Waqtihi)

Imam Al-Banna once said, 'Al-obligatu aktsaru minal auqot', the obligation is more than the time we have. An ideal Muslim is a Muslim who values time because he is aware that time will never be repeated. The Monday we live this week is different from Monday next week. The second we go through is now different from the seconds we will go through in the future. Each person has 24 hours a day in his life, but the work of different people. Genius people have 24 hours, people who are not or not geniuses also have 24 hours, but they are different. The difference lies in how they use their time.

h. Regular in Affairs (Munazhzhamun fi Syuunihi)

A Muslim's business is not a messy business without a concept. That is why almost every pillar of our mahdah worship always has an orderly harmony within it. In every practice, we have which stages of activity should be prioritized, put forward, and ended and cannot be randomized because the results will be different if something should be at the end of the end and something that should have been ended in the beginning. The order of the letters of the Qur'an alone is arranged by Allah without human intervention.

i. Having Own or Independent Business Ability (Qodirun Alal Kasbi)

There is a tradition that says that a new man seems to be seen as a man when he is able to earn a living. The person who is still asking for food to someone else is still in the armpit of the person who feeds him. He could not freely set his footsteps because his thoughts and footsteps were arranged by the person who fed him. By having your own source of income, someone will be free from all other people's minds and he or she must not be burdened with retribution to others. The Apostle also told a friend to earn his own income by selling firewood to the market rather than begging. A person who has his own income also has his own authority or authority.

j. Benefiting Others (Nafi'un Lighoirihi)

The best humans are human beings who have the most benefits for others. When we give kindness to others we actually give kindness to ourselves (Q.S. Al-Isra: 7). That is also why Adam in heaven doesn't feel at home because there is no place to divide. Therefore, God created Eve. Imagine in heaven that we cannot live alone, let alone in the world.

There is special satisfaction when we help others. That's also why eating (tho'am) congregates more full even though you eat a little yourself. That is the blessing of sharing.

Thus is the first stage of the seven stages of charity that we will discuss. Next is the second stage, namely:

image

  1. TA'WINU BAITIM MUSLIM (Forming Muslim Families)

It has become instinctive that every human being needs a life companion and wants to have children. Even the religion of a Muslim is still toothless next to him to perfect his religion by getting married. In choosing a companion for life, the Prophet gave instructions, one of which was his famous hadith,

"The woman was married for four things, namely because of her beauty, because of her wealth, because of her offspring, or because of her religion. And the best woman is what you marry because of her religion. "

The process through which the formation of an Islamic family must also be through a process accepted by Allah, such as the process of ta'aruf until the end, so that the family that will be formed is truly in the shade of Allah. There are opinions that say that starting to form an Islamic family is not permissible with love. Let love blossom itself when I have the qabul. I agree with this opinion.

A question arose from my high school friend when I was in Rohis, "How come the marriage is the same, why isn't it the same as a girl? Can you expand da'wah quickly? "Then murabbi answered me," That is what is called guarding, marriage does not only unite property, bodies, but also unites fikriyah and ruhiyah. "

In forming an Islamic family must also be considered regarding the selection of khadimat (helpers). The chosen Khadimat must be a Muslim who can transmit Islamic values to our children.

In this stage it is expected that the presence of Islamic families and homes as the first madrasa in life can be applied. And ikhwan as the head of the household can apply Islamic law in their household life.

image

  1. IRSYADUL MUJTAMAK (Awake the Community)

After all households apply Islamic law in their homes it is not difficult to bring it to the community. However, the current condition is that not all households become Islamic families. So that is the third stage in our charity, which is to make people aware. An Islamic family is expected to be able to transmit its Islamic values to other families that are not yet Islamic. The Islamic family is a direct example of the implementation of Islamic law in the family environment. In addition, the process of public awareness is carried out by each individual with their respective approaches. That approach to be well received by the community must consider several things including:

a) The real knowledge / information provided in preaching.

b) The material presented is adjusted to the object of da'wah (further explanation is found in the Da'wah of Da'wah).

c) The method is good / interesting. For example Hasan Al-Banna who preached first in a coffee shop.

A cultural approach is also not a problem as long as the culture does not conflict with the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith.

After the community is colored with Islamic values, then it's time we talk about the stages of the country.

  1. TAHRIRUL WATHON (Freeing the Country)

The fourth stage in maratibal charity is to free the country, especially Islamic countries. Exemption in the physical sense and liberation in the economic, political, social and cultural fields. After the Islamic community is aware of Islamic values that must be implemented, it is not difficult to free the country from the values of counter-Islam.

The issue that needs to be observed also at this stage is the issue of Ghozwul Fikri. Muslims as a whole must have a fortress for this war. The castle is a comprehensive understanding of this war and healers to defeat this invisible enemy.

After the country has been born physically and spiritually from the invaders, of course we are not just spectators in building this country. We must take strategic roles for the benefit of the people or at least not that role falls to people who are not mandated. For this reason, the fifth stage is needed, namely:

  1. ISLAHUL HUKUMAH (Improving Government)

To improve the government, of course we have to be a government. It is easier to criticize from outside, but even more noble if we fix it from within. This is where the meaning of the words of Hasan Al-Banna can be captured, "It is not a faith of a Muslim, before he is political". Politics do not have to be identical with establishing political parties. Paying taxes also includes politics, stopping when red lights on the street also include politics.

image

Departing from that, siyasiyah practice is needed to win this mission. The nationalism and democracy that we live in today are only a small part of the higher Islamic politics. We both live it to improve it until someday all Muslims in this country ask for the enforcement of Islamic law. Enforcement of Islamic law is a command from Allah that we must carry out, but the coming of it is not a matter of fact. He must go through several stages, and the stages are long and winding.

The Brotherhood must be scattered in all directions of the legislature, executive, and judiciary and now we are in this phase. In the legislative field, we have highlighted many of them, including the birth of Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking, Law No. 13 of 2008 concerning Hajj, Law No. 19 of 2008 concerning SUN and Sukuk, Law No.44 of 2008 concerning Pornography , and many more. In the executive field there are already pro-Islamic ministers and regional heads. All of them are contained in the same ship, the Al-Islam ship.

As I said earlier, Islamic law will stand on its own when all Muslims want it. How can all Muslims want it? Yes, the answer is tarbiyah, giving understanding, and this process is long and winding even the age of da'i is not enough to carry out this process in full.

After the Islamic state was formed and all Islamic values were properly implemented, Baldatun Thoyyibatun wa Rabbun Ghoffur will be present. Welfare will occur and we will be able to repeat the heyday of Islam when in the days of the Umayyad and Abbasid Sultanates. After this stage is completed,

  1. I'ADATUL QIYANID DAULIH LIL UMMATI ISLAMIYAH (Restoring the Role of Muslims in the International Regulation)

image

After each country applies Islam, it is not difficult to unite those countries in a caliphate. Just take the real example at this time is Euro. Euro is a unit of European countries that have the same currency and each year the leader is chosen. Why can't Islamic countries do it?

Actually, this division of the world into countries cannot be separated from the Jewish conspiracy so they can form the state of Israel, according to some versions. Try to imagine how powerful Islam is if all Islamic countries or countries with a majority Muslim population are united. This unity will produce an extraordinary powerful state. And when one day this happens, the earth will appear brighter. After all the stages have been implemented, we arrive at the last stage, namely:

  1. MUSTAZIATUL A'LAM (Becoming a Soko Teacher for the Universe)

The point is that Islam with the Qur'an and Al-Hadith will truly take its role in life in this world. All science will develop based on the teachings of God. True peace and prosperity in the world can be achieved.

Does it seem absurd? Not really. Because again Imam Hasan Al-Banna said: "Dream yesterday is the reality of today and the dream today is the reality tomorrow".

There will never be a world apocalypse before one day in the end of time, Islam will regain control of the world and prevail because this is the Iradah Rabbaniyyah.

Islam will still rise with or without you. Everything depends on us, whether we will only be spectators or become people sitting around. Or do we want to be the main players to determine victory
