Welcome to another edition of Tiny Tuesday!

Once more, we ventured out into the hot outdoors to find you some nature to get up close and personal with!

There is definitely plenty of it at our disposal, as I am sure you have concluded by our recent microscopic adventures! From ants to plants, we're slowly gathering them up to study and report back to you!

Without any further ado...

Shrink Ray activated!

This lone image of a fly!

Flies... well, fly. This was the only clear image we were able to get before he zipped off to find something else to investigate! Look at those spikey feet!

A caterpillar!

Here he is in all of his full sized glory! Let's see how fuzzy he is under high zoom!

Extremely fuzzy!

So fuzzy, in fact, that the microscope had a hard time deciding where it wanted to focus!

Spikes and feathery hairs all over!

Here you can see the little bits of silk he has spun under him!

Mushrooms and bone!

While taking out the rubbish this massive mushroom was discovered! Although we don't like eating them, we certainly don't mind taking a closer look! And he had friends! A smaller mushroom and a chicken bone that a raccoon had pulled from the bins!

It turns out that mushrooms are hairy.

Very hairy.

But what about the inside?

We could honestly stare at this part all day!

And the bone that accompanied it!

Grains of dirt and the porous bone make a pretty picture!
