How the kids are Learning at School For SDG4 💓💓 || Part 27 ||💓💓

Hello Supporters,

Girls education is equally important as male. Educating a girl means educating a nation. Due to lack of awareness, a large number of female children are still ignored to access education in Bangladesh. But it is gradually improving because of Govt. focus on early childhood education. Many girls are now going school and enjoying school hours. They are participating in academic activities. Many slum children also continue elementary level education.

But when they complete the primary level, boy children leave school and girl children are kept for housework. Some female children start work as a housemaid.

Airin is one of our children at @SchoolForSDG4, left school recently. She now only work at her home and look after her new born niece. She was student for 2 years at our school and now her mother decided to keep her at home.

@SchoolForSDG4 have raised fund for child education in Bangladesh. We have got 400 SBD last month from you. It is more than we need in a month if we consider the current market price. Why not we feel so privileged to be on steemit.

We are using the fund as backup for the childern education. If steemit stops to fund them, we can't run the education program more than a year. But we are hopeful to grow on steemit. We are powering up too.

These little brains are getting foods at school every month. The lunch program at school helps them to get more energy and motivation to come school every day.

@SchoolForSDG4 is facilitating around 55 Children and a number of children decreased last few months. We had around 60 children including Sumon, Junayed and Airin and other children. But they left school for different reasons. We are continuing to communicate with parents.

Last week, @SchoolForSDG4 received @Geke's Cost Benefit Jr.™: Stories in Microeconomics. Young children feel more curious to read the book. The book will help the children to know more about economics. They will learn about demand, supply and market. They also can manage their money which can help them to be more smart. It is really amazing support from steemit community.
