Application of technology in education does have its own problems. It takes time to process the transformation of a system that used to apply a little technology to a more dominant system of technological applications. These problems can be:

  1. Human Resources
    Development of teaching staff to have professional competence in ICT field. Plus the attitude of educators who are reluctant to follow the changes and fears of new information technology. The number of educators who are able to apply a few new technologies.

  2. Curriculum
    The absence of standardization and responsibility of the application of technology in learning. Implementation of curriculum and learning have not fully utilized ICT. Evaluation of the learning process of students has not been referring to the application of ICT. One solution is that students can see the results of the exam on their school website as it is currently widely applied in college.

  3. Hardware
    Very many problems are found here. Starting from the difficulty of providing ICT equipment, lack of experts who can operate the device, difficult to follow the rapid development of ICT, until the limited funds for maintenance and repair in case of damage.

  4. Software
    Lack or very little software provides all the subject matter. Limited software development innovation to address problems with ICT usage. And most software usually uses a foreign language like English. Of course, it will further complicate the use of ICT because it must first understand by first translating it into Indonesian.

  5. Cost
    At least the funds provided to meet the application of ICT. The funds should also be shared for maintenance and repairs.

  6. Limited learning facilities
    Computers, buildings or classes are narrow, inadequate library and limited learning support books.

But usually, the problems mentioned above are experienced by many schools in the area. Because the infrastructure and progress in the region is very different from the progress in the city
