My daughter is invited to the other 9 year-old birthday.
Oh boy, lots of her friends are having birthday in winter.
So, here I am, making birthday card with number 9 again.
I can’t seem to stop...I hope it’s not endless.
Although, they’ll all be 10 years old next year..LOL

次女ちゃんが別のお友達の9歳のお誕生日パーティーに招待されました。
なんだか冬にお誕生日がたくさん重なっています。
というわけで、また “ 9 ” のカードを作ります。
やめ時が分かりません。エンドレスだったらどうしよう…
そして来年は皆んな10歳になるのか…笑

I started drawing it last weekend at the caffe.

先週末カフェで時間をつぶしている時に描き始めました。

I drew many flowers as much as I can.

花をたくさん描きました。

Arghhh...I shouldn’t have coloured it.

色を塗らなければ良かった…

I’m going to add a simple pop up inside.
Cut about 2/3 of an inch like this.

中にシンプルなポップアップの仕掛けを入れようと思います。
矢印の部分を2箇所、2センチくらい切ります。

Open the card and fold in the part that I cut.

カードを広げて切った部分をこの様に中に折ります。

You can glue any design of your choice.

ここはお好きなものを貼り付ければOK。

Glue the main part of your card and the pop up part together so that you will not see behind the pop up.

ポップアップの裏側が見えない様に、メインのカードと貼り合わせます。

Actually, my daughter learned how to make a pop up card at her art class last weekend.
She taught me how to make it.
This was what I made when she was teaching me.
It is very easy to make.
It’ll make a great project for this Christmas ;)

実は次女ちゃんが、先週末のアートクラスでポップアップカードの作り方を習ってきたのです。
これは、次女ちゃんが作り方を教えてくれたので作ってみたものです。
