The Engagement League
This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.
Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here - including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks.
I've used some metrics relating to:
- Posts (P)
- Comments - number of (C)
- Number of people spoken to (PS)
- Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (C R)
- Comments - length in characters (C L)
- Witness votes (W) (for those proxying witness votes, your total is always 30)
- Up-votes to others (V)
- Up-votes to different authors (U V)
- Self-votes - No minus score but no bonus STEEM (S V)
Note: Copy/Paste comments will be excluded!

- 357 accounts earned a score this week (364 last time)
- The top 100 produced 782 top level posts (896 last time)
- The top 100 produced 10250 comments (12906 last time)

The expectations up there are much to high and everybody's eyes are on you, waiting for the next weeks results. Nono, keep your place, and I will step a few steps back - I always prefered to be in the background ๐

I dont think you can credit the hard fork for second it did affect everyone, you were just very active, I suspect I will drop off the top spot soon, I know I will have a week where i wont be on much so that will leave it open, just not sure which week that will be yet
Funnily enough I to prefer to be in the background, but it seems to not happen for me with this league
There will some girls and boys be happy, when they see, that you are not so much online, because then they will have a chance for the top spot ๐
Steemit is a different world, but the league is another different world within Steemit :)
Yeah I bet the funny thing is I don't go out of my way to the winner I just have a few people I chat a lot with and have extended comments, you being one of them LOL
One week I tried to comment less to drop out of the top spot but that failed it was a quiet weeks for others as well LOL

First things first - !BEER
Had to add to the party. A slight burp on the HF Highway, but people still kept going. Now all I need to do is get my self in gear and start making some post, and comment a little bit more, and hope for no long down times.
Problem with down time was I re visited my Steam account, and got re-hooked on CIV 5, games are fun but I don't accomplish much when playing, still they are fun. We have finally had some real rain here so it is helping with the Swan Lake Fire and cleaning some of the smoke out of the air. Just a short update:
Still burning since June 5th when it was started by a lightening strike.
Hopefully next week will be all back to normal.
I have been racking up the beer of late, happy with that :)
A sizable bump, I'm hoping for better numbers today.

Well done, winners! Yes, @abh12345, Iโm sure you are right that Steem downtime affected the numbers. There were two full days when it was really hard to successfully upvote and comment.
I have a questions for you, which are probably kind of silly:
Can you somehow tell the difference between intentional upvotes and those that occur simply due to curation trails? (For example, I never purposefully self upvote, but it occasionally happens as a by-product of being on curation trails.)
I have always thought of delegation as a very positive thing, since it gives extra voting power to entities that (ideally) are giving back and doing good things for communities. But I see that it negatively impacts Curation and Engagement League standings. Can you tell me more about this? (I want to be doing all the right things! ๐) And is the goal to have zero delegation to anyone?
What is the difference between upvotes to others and upvotes to different authors?

I'm afraid not, you'll just have to check your blog feed each week and see if there are any votes you can remove.
It's your decision to delegate, be it to a bot, a curation trail, or someone you like - everyone has a different approach but I think with 50/50, it will be best for you to keep most of your SP in your account.
Upvotes to others is just your total votes, minus the ones to self.
Upvotes to different authors is the number of unique authors you have voted in the past 7 days.
