This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.
Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here - including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks.
I've used some metrics (which is the fancy way of saying that made up some numbers) relating to:
- Posts (P)
- Comments - number of (C)
- Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (C R)
- Number of people spoken to (PS)
- Comments - length in characters (C L)
- Witness votes (W) (for those proxying witness votes, your total is always 30)
- Upvotes to others (V)
- Upvotes to different authors (U V)
- Self-votes - a (getting smaller each week) minus score for this one sorry! (S V)

Thank you everybody for your kind regards! A special thanks goes out to users @abh12345 and @janton, but really a very heart felt thanks to all the great users on the Steem blockchain, thank you everyone who interacted with me and had fun with me this week.
I learned a lot this week, and met a lot of really neat people. I have some favorite memories! So, I am not going anywhere, but I will not be shooting for the top spot this week, I will continue to post daily videos and keep you all updated on the fun stuff we are doing.
But I would be remiss if I did not mention to all of you, there is an urgent need and I would like all of you to be aware of it, for only together can we overcome this tragedy! We cannot stand aside and allow suffering like this. I know you will all step up. I can't wait to keep engaging with everybody ;p

What I'd like to know is if your followers list or weekly earnings grew over the past week - 365 people engaged with should have hopefully nudged both totals up?!

Is there a way that we could look into the stats on that? How much votes I got on the 953 comments I left last week? My followers went up by at least 40 I think, and I am still getting responses, votes and follows, though now it is blending into this week!
I think votes were greater than prize support, although skewed heavily , like many things here.
I could but it would take a little time.

Yes I subscribe to arcange's SteemSQL DB :) It's where my skills are from a previous life so i'm happier going this way.

hahaha! yes sir crypto-econom1st it would have been an even finer and funner surprise because you haven't been climbing up the charts like he has but after talking to ecoinstant all week and finding out how he was doing and how sharp and skilled he was then the surprise wasn't exactly a shock.
Thank you for not holding back! That's a new high for you on number of comments! I had a blast, and I am not going anywhere, but I don't think it is me you have to worry about for next week, we have a whole new crop coming up ;p

a whole new crop? where are they? bring 'em on! lol. no I'm not going to hit it so hard, I'm about maxed out as far as how many people I can converse with, the only way to increase friends to talk with is to ignore the ones I've worked hard to develop relationships with and I won't do that.

You do so much dear friend. I know it's easy to always want to be able to do even more. I remember when I was first starting out and could only give out pennies. Now, I'm able to give out more. Eventually, I will be where you are now, still looking up to you thinking,"I'll get to where he's at." We all will continue to grow as long as we stick around. I hope your Sunday was beautiful.

That is does. You never really know where you're going to end up. I actually thought I'd be a lot lower this week... then saw the post and was happily surprised to see that I had done fairly well. Just keep engaging and see what happens! :)

Thanks for the shoutout here. I'm not sure if first place is attainable any more for me, and I'm okay with that. My main concern was that I was winning previously only because I had the time to put into it. I think I've been proven right. As it is, though, I'm believing that as long as I can improve in some way each week, and actually continue to engage with others in meaningful ways, that I will still be accomplishing something. While I am still just a minnow and the prize money is nice, it's never been why I'm a member of the leagues. I'm a member because I think engagement keeps people interested in the STEEM platform, and the more meaningful it is, the better. I also am a member of the leagues because it keeps me interested personally. And I wouldn't be a member of the leagues, at least not as early as I became one, without you. So, thank you, as always for that.
That's very well said. I'm glad that you're able to see past the money and appreciate that what you're doing is not only helping you, but helping others to stay engaged and more positive about being on the platform. They should pay you more. :D
Hey, man, it's a lot work for three steem a week, or whatever I end up receiving for my efforts. Now, STEEM hits $1,000 USD, I'm changing my tune, but at $0.94 USD, not so much.
Well, I don't know if there's really much choice but to see past the money. Most people who are participating aren't receiving anything, yet they still do it. I'd be pretty hypocritical not to look at the good it's been doing for me and how I feel it's helping the platform and solely concentrate on the rewards.
It's about time Asher...I see you had a little post-saturday-night-beer-nap on the beach today! Way more important than steemit in my books buddy :)

hahaha We saw a local the other day, totally passed out at the beach, sweating his you know what off because he was dressed in jeans and a shirt from the previous night we assumed. His hair was plastered with sweat on one side with the sand sticking to it haha Poor guy was gonna feel like shite whenever he did come to!

What on earth is fast reply and how do I do it?!
Here's a post I wrote about it some time ago. It's only the best thing since sliced bread buddy :) I cut my time in half when it comes to replies here ... there's no wait time whatsoever. The only downside that I've found is that it doesn't allow you to see the complete thread of conversation, but only the last bit. Check it out, let me know what you think :)

Welcome snrm, you will find the tracking a fun thing to do, well I find it fun to keep track of. Lot's of good people on the list, and lots of good content to find. Between you and melinda joining, I may be lucky enough to get spot 25 next week, But I would rather move back at least above 15, I will have to wait and see next week.
