Here's one of my favorite recipes today and how not! A Pizza and a movie is one of the best plans for any day of the week. Here we go

INGREDIENTS (4 people):

4 eggs
20 black olives
20 tomatoes in oil
100 g grated mozzarella cheese
250 ml of tomato sauce
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
parsley
For the dough:

550 g flour
250 ml cold water
10 g salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
7 g fresh baker's yeast
oregano

Preparation of the recipe for Pizza with fried egg:
Shred the yeast over a small bowl of water and let it dissolve.

For the pizza dough, place 500 grams of flour in a bowl, add the oregano and the yeast dissolved in the water, water, 10 grams of salt and a couple of tablespoons of oil. Mix with a wooden spoon from center to outside. Transfer dough to worktop and knead for about 5 minutes. Place it in a floured bowl and cover it with a clean damp cotton cloth. Let stand for 45 minutes.

Sprinkle the top with the rest of the flour, cut the dough into 4 pieces and roll them out. To make the pizzas round, place a plate on top of each dough and cut them out with a knife. Remove the remaining pieces.

Place them on 2 baking trays, covered with baking paper. Cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and spread them on top. Cut the olives into rings and sprinkle them on top. Bake at 200ºC for 15-20 minutes.

Fry the eggs one at a time and place one on top of each pizza. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and garnish with some parsley leaves. It serves.

Advice:

It is important that salt and yeast do not come into direct contact with each other because it can cause some problems during the fermentation process.
