Whether you’re running late, falling behind, or just need to look nice in a flash, here’s a way to do it!

Even if you pressed “snooze” one too many times, you can still look presentable and put together.

This 5-minute makeup routine is for those instances where you don’t have time for a full face of makeup, but you don’t want to leave the house without a little extra help.

Achieve This 5-Minute Makeup Look in 5 Steps

Follow these steps when you’re running late in the morning, when you have to do your makeup in the car in the school/work parking lot, or if you want to quickly freshen up your face for an impromptu date night.

1. Even Out Your Skin

Sometimes your skin can look tired, uneven, or lackluster. Combat this by applying a sheer layer of tinted moisturizer or BB cream all over. This will brighten your face.

2. Conceal Problem Areas

If you have dark circles or a pesky zit, quickly dot on some concealer to cover them. You don’t have time to be meticulous, so only cover the noticeable blemishes.

If you have oily skin, sweep on some powder over problem areas, like your nose and forehead.

3. Blush to Look More Awake

Apply a bright blush to your cheeks to add color and life to your complexion. A couple quick swipes with a fluffy brush are all it takes.

4. Define Your Eyes

If you have more than a minute, apply a thin line of waterproof liquid eyeliner. It dries super quickly and won’t smudge all day. Then apply mascara. If you’re really crunched for time, skip the eyeliner.

5. Swipe on Some Balm

The last step is to apply a nourishing balm to keep your lips smooth and soft. Choose a tinted balm if you want to look a little more polished.

Lucky for you, this step can be completed while you’re running out the door!

5-Minute Makeup Saves the Day

When you’re pressed for time, 5-minute makeup can really save the day. Get this routine down, and you’ll have an emergency look you can whip out whenever you need to look nice on the fly.

That sounded easy enough
Except the eye-liner
I never get both eyes to balance
But I do like easy and quick
Thank you :D

Haha, it is maybe 😏

In my second makeup artist course which was about 1 year I struggled a lot with the wing. It's just practice, if you are doing it everyday it will become very easy after a while but I guess you know that.😉 Most people just think ohh I watch/read the tutorial and after that I am a makeup artist, oh it isn't difficult, I can do the same etc. But when it comes to recreating the look etc. they fail, and most of the time they give up right away.

Practice makes perfect ;)

That's really great...
