Statement on Dividends and Investors Disclaimers--EOSBIXIN
EOSBIXIN appreciates all your attention and support, we will keep working hard on the EOS development.
We are very clearly to state our stances that we will abide by the laws and rules of the Constitution, which will also be the prerequisite for our future development.
In our perspective of the further development of EOS and the Community, we are neutral on the matter of dividends.
After hearing that some BP candidates announced that they would give back 80% to the votes, we do think it is really irresponsible to all the community. A lot of good and capable BP candidates are working hard on the further and better development of EOS, but would the ones who do "vote buying" will win, it is really harmful to all of us. We have faith in the Constitution’s real-time dynamic voting system and as soon as any BP misconducts or misuses its power, we will vote it out. Under this mechanism, any idea or behavior of bribing voters are selfish and will never work.
If the Constitution permits giving out dividends, we are willing to share some of the bonus with our community members; however, if the Constitution doesn’t permit, we will undoubtfully abide by the law.
We have held many meetups in different cities and countries, we have invited other BP candidates and we have been invited as a guest speaker in other EOS BP meetup too, there is one unavoidable topic, which is are going to give dividends to voters and how much. Therefore, we indeed need to clarify our stance on this matter. EOSBIXIN is a professional team to operate DPOS blocks and has developed many interesting and useful functions. Our vision and dream are to make EOS be the guardian, the distributor, and the carrier of human values, and we believe EOS will reach out. Therefore, we will never agree on any actions that will harm the ecosystem. All that we do, every decision be made, we are fully responsible for them and these are involved all our in-house members, not affected by any investors nor voters.
Now we are working on the DAPP market and EOS payment method, regarding the unclear dividend situations, we have made two proposals for the near future.
1. If the dividend is permitted by the Constitution, our plan is:

2. If the dividend is not permitted, we think the future key development will be DAPP market, therefore, we will invest more in this field. Here are the details:

In this case, we believe in the near future, more developers will get involved in this industry, talent is the strength, talent is the knowledge, we would like to invest in human resources.
