Most of the times having great support means running a great business. Too bad not a lot of exchanges realise this. Sooner or later, they will pay the price.

Holy shit having these times answering a ticket it's insane...
Most exchanges tooks hours to answer something critical.
Would you want to partner in creating a centralized exchange that exclusively pairs STEEM and SBD with all other major cryptocurrencies?
That's really good customer service. I just had the exact same problem (a deposit not showing up but being confirmed on the blockchain) with Allcoin exchange but it took like a day to be resolved.
