Balado Milkfish Recipe

Balado is a seasoning typical cuisine of the archipelago that no doubt the deliciousness. This spice can indeed be applied in a variety of basic ingredients, such as eggs, chicken meat, and fish, especially milkfish.

In addition to making easy, recipe balado fishfish can also be one of the home-cooked food menu that makes the husband or family always want to eat at home.

Ingredients:

4 tails of fish
15 pieces of red cayenne pepper
2 tomatoes
Basil 2 bunch
Kitchen salt to taste
15 tablespoons cooking oil
Sugar to taste
Clean water sufficiently

20 red chili peppers

Cooking Steps:
