Purity for girls: Waiting for your husband

The world today is so blinded to the true facts of what staying pure actually means. People think that, having sex with just anyone, someone you're not fully committed to, or unmarried to, is perfectly normal. They think it's just a game, something to "feel good" for the moment...but that moment soon passes away, and then the feeling of wanting more is back.

This is for anyone to read, but right now, I wanna focus on the girls of today, and who is desperately longing to have you in your most pure state: Your husband.

Today, women of all ages, run rampantly giving themselves away to people who they are not committed to, who they do not love and who do not love them, someone they are not married to. For a man who is truly looking for a pure wife, and see the women of today, the way they are, not cherishing their purity, and their self-worth, it puts such a strong sense of doubt into them. It's like, there is actually no hope in finding a true, pure girl. A Godly man, one who desires to marry a pure, Godly woman, is going to look for a pure heart, an honest personality, a true relationship with God, and a woman who saved herself for him. To wait to have sex until marriage is the BEST gift you could ever give your husband. If he has any knowledge of a strong foundation of how a marriage should be, he will treasure his wife's body, and the fact that she just waited to have sex, until she found the right man

When you have sex with someone, you really are giving part of yourself to that person. Whether you love them or not, wanted to or not, it's still something that can never be taken back. When you give yourself to a man for the first time, that is your first time, and you cannot give your husband that same experience. You have already shared that experience with someone and your husband will have to either copewith that fact, or not. To find a man who wants to stay pure until marriage, I think, is even harder for girls. Men are the same way as women, when it comes to freely giving themselves away. It's a horrible fact, but we all know it's true.

Think about future children you might have.

If you've had sex with different people, or someone you didn't love, and had a baby and they were sick in some way, how would you feel? Women can get disease so easily from men and it just spreads to anyone they have sex with. A woman's body is to be cherished, and protected, in every way. Women give birth to children, and those children depend on you to take care of them. By not having sex before marriage, you're saving yourself from so many negatives: disease, abnormalities with future children, sadness, negative emotional attachment, loss of self worth, self esteem going drastically downwards, dishonor to God, your husband, children, and just pure regret.

Let's say, you're not married, but have had sex before, and don't plan on marrying that person, or maybe you want to marry them- Do you think your marriage would be as perfect as it would have been if you waited until marriage to have sex with your husband?

It's a harsh but true fact, but when you really think about it, just waiting, even through the hardest of temptations, to have sex until marriage, is SO worth it. When you think about how happy your husband will be to know that he was the first to ever have that gift from you...he will be so honored and so amazed at how self-controlled you've been, and so happy that you chose him to be your first!

It may not seem like waiting is the best choice right now, but if you just stop and think for a minute and think about telling your husband that you've either, had sex before him, or you saved yourself for him, which would you feel better about telling him? I'm sure you'd feel so much better telling him he was your first. God wants us to be committed to the one person we choose to spend our lives with, He wants us to be pure for them, emotionally, mentally, and physically, and He wants us to have successful, happy marriages. But, in order to have a successful, happy marriage, you're going to have to stop thinking about yourself, and what you think you need right now, and just be committed to your future husband - right now.

Start right now.

There's no better time than right now, because you can't start in the past, nor in the future. Now is the best time to just let go of any desires, feelings, or emotions, and just trust God, because He created sex, and He knows
exactly how He meant it to be. He meant for it to be had in the walls of marriage, and only that. He also says, that there would be no adultery or divorce. Marriage is such a special and beautiful thing that God has created, and He wants us to be as happy as we can be, by following His
commands, His Word, and His ways.

I know that deep down every girl wants her fairy tale to come true, and for her Prince to come and take her away, to be happily ever after, and if you want that in God, then you need to make sure you find a Godly man, who has a real relationship with Him, who truly respects you for who you are, respects your body, and your purity, and one who will not force you to lose your innocence. You can be truly happy, if you just wait...just wait for that one man, who you love, and who loves you, who wants to spend his life with you, through the good and the bad, who will take care of you always. Be true to your husband, now, and forever, because it will be more than worth it when you finally say 'I do'. It will be your wedding night, and the most amazing experience with your husband for the first time, and for the first time in general.

You will think back, and know that all the waiting was more than worth it.
