I'm Loving The New eSteem App!
I've just recently started using the eSteem app v2 and I gotta say, it's a lot better than the previous version. I do use the older version, but not regularly because the UI is not as clean as I would want it to be.
But with the second version, things look significantly better and more organised now. Even though the app isn't fully developed yet and does need some more time, it's still enough to grab my attention.
I don't know about iOS (because I'm not an Apple user), but the v2 Android app is still available only as an early access on Google Play Store which I really think you guys should go check out.
Personally, I'm not the one who likes writing posts through apps. I write pretty much all my articles on my computer through Steemit itself and never through an app on my phone. It just felt unprofessional for some reason when I tried to do the same on the first version.
But this one surprisingly doesn't feel awkward to write with. Maybe not exactly as professional as writing on a computer, but it gets the job done nonetheless, and not to mention, is more convenient.
Plus, you may even get some votes from the @esteemapp account for posting articles through the app by using the #esteem tag. You can read more about its features and what it's about on their official website: https://esteem.app
I think it's a great tool overall to get a lot of things done in less time and I'm pretty sure it'll get better with updates. Just to be clear, this post is NOT sponsored by eSteem. Although, that would be really awesome too, haha!

I love the new version, too. But I love the Desktop version more than the mobile one. 😊
I tried downloading the desktop version but it doesn't seem to be ready for Windows yet. Oh well, guess I'll have to wait.
I have the desktop on my windows. Never had an issue with it and it works great.

If you go to this page on github,
https://github.com/esteemapp/esteem-surfer/releases
and download the setup from the list it should load from there. The main site doesn't seem to work right now. Its this one here about 7th on the list.

I use esteem as well since it has such a nice interface. That and the extra upvote for posting really makes it a win win for everybody using it.

I use to use esteem and I dont know why I stopped, I must go back to it and take a look because there has been some amazing developments

Me too! There are still some minor bugs here and there, but I'm sure they will be fixed as soon as the it's officially released.
Ohhhh wow...if you found the bugs why not you submit it through utopian. You get good reward as well

Oh I didn't know you can get rewards for submitting bug reports. May I ask how do you submit those reports?
Hey @ayushjalan it's pretty simple you may visit @utopian-io page and there is bug- hunting template , just put your finding as per it. And before that create an account on GitHub , to give the repository references.....there is no details required...make your post as per template and submit using few hashtags.....if those bugs were not duplicate then you will get reward by utopian team. Infact you can submit such detail for any of the open source software.
