Tape, Kudapan Nusantara

Tape atau tapai adalah kudapan yang mudah kita jumpai di Indonesia, terlebih ketika hari raya. Tape yang ada di foto adalah jenis tape ketan yang dibungkus dengan "daun bamban atau bemban" (bahasa aceh : oen bili).

Tidak semua tape ketan dibungkus dengan daun bemban, daun yang digunakan bermacam-macam tergantung daerah dan sumber daya yang ada.

Penggunaan dedaunan seperti daun keladi, dan bemban untuk membungkus tape, terbilang langka. Padahal, tape yang dibungkus dengan daun bemban atau daun keladi, bisa menghasilkan rasa yang berbeda dan pastinya menggoda.
