A night without rest is a day without perspective.
Being active throughout the day and staying up all night without any rest inbetween or after is a recipe for disaster.

It leads to mental fatigue,decreased concentration and co-ordination which overtime affects different areas of our life.
Now our body can be likened to a machine.The longer we use it the more it burns up.If we neglect to give it some downtime it is bound to breakdown on its operator costing more in repairs than if it had been allowed to cool off for some hours.
Same thing goes for our body.If you want to avoid a trip to the hospital,have a job,examination or competition that requires you be at your best.Getting sufficient sleep might be the boost you need to get some fresh perspective and progress up the ladder.
