Chinese New Year Open House
My uncle celebrated the Chinese New Year by inviting all family members and close friends to his house. It was grandly celebrated, and I was surprised that many people came.
After lunch, we were being entertained by the Lion Dance Troupe. Just look at all those colorful Lions. The kids really love them, ehem! Even adults too. Many took the opportunity to take a picture with them.
The highlight of the Lion Dance is the daredevil act, dancing on the stilt. One false move, and the Lion Dancers will surely fall and hurt themselves.
There are a few Party Crashers too, most notably Iron Man, Mickey Mouse, and Bugs Bunny. LOL!
It was a very fun and entertaining day, I love being able to meet and reunited with my other relatives and long time friends.
