My Dinner Themed "HOT & SPICY"
It's been a while since I last cooked for dinner. Since I started working again for the past 3 months, I always felt tired when I got home. Just thinking about cooking for dinner makes me feel more exhausted. So, it end up either my wife will cook for dinner or we eat out.
Yesterday, I suddenly craved for something which is hot and spicy for dinner. I told my brother that I am going to cook for dinner at my moms house, and he thinks that it is a great idea. He told me that he will cook something special too. The theme is of course "Hot & Spicy". I made up my mind to cook Marinated Black Pepper Chicken.
So, this is what we came up with for dinner tonight.
As planned, mine was Black Pepper Chicken, my brother cooked his special Hot & Spicy Cat Fish, my mom joined the fray and she prepared Curry Chicken with Tofu. All of us really enjoyed the meal, even my other siblings came to have dinner with us. It was satisfaction to the maximum, as I really love spicy food.
Personally, I love the Hot & Spicy Cat Fish. I will ask my brother for the recipe, and will share it to you guys one of these days. My Black Pepper Chicken is not bad though, I just feel like I have missed to add some ingredients. It was a bit plain. I have to check back the recipe again so that it'll be perfect the next time I try cooking it.

I am an Engineer working for companies that specialises in Electrical, ELV and Mechanical contract works for High Rise Buildings, Shopping Malls, Housings and Electrical Sub-Stations.
I was first introduced to Steemit in December 2017, but I was only active blogging in January 2018. Since then, I've been writing almost everyday. There is no specific title that I blog about, I write almost all types of topics that came across my mind or things that interest me. Now, Steemit is part and partial of my life. Through Steemit I began to learn new things and meet strangers that now I called friends. It's an enjoyable journey so far, and hopefully Steemit will be an enjoyable experience for you too.
