7 ALPHA things to do when bored!: Man-talk Monday

Being bored sucks! It's not easy to stay un-bored for a prolonged time. It starts creeping into your soul and makes you feel like a loser where everyone else is having the time of their life.

No fear, here are some Blind-spot approved powerful, dominant, ALPHA things to do and bury your boredom in the grave, for good.

1. Do you even lift, bro? Go for a bike ride, or a walk... go outside; it's relaxing, therapeutic and physical activites are going to shoot up serotonin levels which up your mood. Moreover, you get to see outside your four walls and get a breath of fresh, relieving air.
   Furthermore you stay fit and sexy!

2. EVERY night is date night go out on a date......with your MOM! Or sister, or friend. Go out with someone close to your heart. Thing is, you don't see them much except on occasions. They want to see you, so even if just for a coffee, it would make their day! Catch up with loved ones, and I believe keeping connections is very important.

3. Quench your thirst for creativity. Pay a visit to your local art gallery or museum. It's a great excuse to relax and relight your creativity. As boring as it may sound, it's one of the best ways to kill boredom. It gets exciting everytime you realise how awesome each and every project is. Museums and art galleries are usually free to enter or very cheap l, at least, and are totally worth the time.

4. Declutter your closet!! When you are bored its the best time to clean up and tidy your closet. It's productive, you feel better, and might find something you haven't rocked in a long time and actually would look really good in!

5. Find a new hobby! There is an infinite number of hobbies to get into. Every single one is a new learning experience. Good thing about this is that everything will feel interesting when bored. Who knows, once you really find your cup of tea you might never ever get bored again.

6. "Tags" on steemit. Ever get bored and hop on to steemit? Good. Me too. But here's a challenge. To kill your boredom you should select a new tag to browse through and learn and appreciate the tag. This way you are more in touch with the steemit platform, and you have learnt more...and possibly found new tags you love and made connections, also!

7. Explore your own city. Personally, I love this. It's my absolute favourite.
