Everyone wants happiness, they keep chasing it day and night. Actually what they are after is very close to them, but very few people get it.
To get happiness we must understand the happiness itself, maybe happiness for each person is different. Happiness can not be measured with matter but more to the tranquility of the heart. So we must understand what created the calm itself.
Here are some things that bring happiness
Giving something to please others.

Helping others has been proven to bring happiness to us, even if we help only by rubbing the head of the orphan.

The next thing that can bring happiness is easy to forgive other people's mistakes.

To apologize to others makes our hearts calm, while revenge is like a poison that can destroy ourselves.

Sincere is doing something for others without expecting any reward from the person. Because if we are not sincere, surely we will often get disappointment.
