Poetry: Cloud-covered Night
expectation lights up his lifeless eyes.
Wondering if he could catch a glimpse
of the light beyond the darkness.
and weak light started peeking through.
The silvery light of the moon lights
the world that's still wet by the rain.
is feeling uplifted. though confuse
he let the happiness wash away
the pain--mysterious, sublime...
finally see the glowing stars.
Tiny gems scattered above the night,
making the darkness less terrifying.
cleanse his soul. Showing a slight smile,
he closes the window looking satisfied.
And with the last light out,
the night regained its serenity.
