Poetry: Traveler Of Stars

Is there something beyond the stars?
If so, can we even travel that far?

Are those far away worlds covered in scars?
Like us, are their histories plague by wars

Maybe those worlds are peaceful beyond belief,
Maybe their people are living with relief...

I wonder if it's possible to go there on a trip.
I wonder if I'll get lost inside void's depth.

Though the night seems oh so dark and cold,
I can see that the light of the stars will not fold.

Inside my heart is a lone dream I dearly hold
---A dream I hold more precious than that of gold.
