Responsable citizens! A fiction
In the classroom students were always restless before recess time. Five minutes before the bell rang they always whispered among themselves. Already the teacher, John, did not know what attitude to take, so he presented the case to the Director. They agreed that he would visit them in the classroom the next day.
So that day shortly before the bell's call, John loudly informed them. Today the law and order will be presented here. Everyone stood still at that moment having no idea who would introduce themselves.
They were surprised that the Director upon entering his classroom, informed them that they would not have a break that day, since they had not respected the school regulations regarding staying attentive to their teacher, without whispering, until the bell rings. Everyone was silent, stayed at their desks and waited for the class to begin again.
From that day on they no longer whispered, before the bell rang, as they had been doing. John was pleased that from that wake-up call he could make them responsible citizens.
