The Fastest Vehicle in Shelltown San Diego My California

Here's my son @bxlphabet skating down the hill in Shelltown San Diego California to come visit me. He lived at the top of the hill and I lived at the bottom. He is going faster now than any car would ever drive this route.

You are seeing two blocks but there are three more above and another below. The top is much steeper than here. Now he is just at top speed. He's concentrating, but calm.

His hair is blown back. His clothes are plastered to his body. All except the huge shorts that are flapping in the wind.

These men up there are dads. I can tell.

This hill was very steep and included multiple cross streets. A car could have come out at any time. I could barely walk up it and had to be careful coming down.

Caleb did this run daily for months. He only wiped out a few times and only one of those times was serious.

I learned early - when my son was about 2 years old, that he is a risk-taker I will never be. If I told him not to do this, he would scoff at my fear.

So instead of screaming and freaking out at times like this, I took pictures.
