The portal between two world

Jimoh could not clearly understand why he is here as he tried hard to gain his consciousness.

"Where am I?" asking himself.

As he Felt a sharp pain from his head, he looked around hoping to find something familiar.

"Military camp"? Amazed to have seen himself
Skirt my notices which read MILITARY ZONE . he tried getting on his feet when he felt like his bones as being dislocated, as he pushed harder, he noticed a pool of blood ring him.

"I must have been in a war, but when did I become a soldier?" He looked more confused as he dragged himself to a cave to avoid being noticed.

Few minutes later, he could hear his name being echoed from afar. Like a trance he again saw himself at home, his mum in the kitchen trying to prepare something for the family.

"It has been hours I kept calling you, where were you?" The mum asked

"No where" that's all jimoh could explain.

Earlier he had seen himself lying helplessly as a soldier in a war and few minutes he is here at home trying to help out in the kitchen.

"I must have been dreaming" he concluded.

Short minutes after banging his door. He saw himself holding a riffle shooting at his enemy.

"Clear, move forward"
"Enemy south "
"go go go"

Jimoh didn't understand what was happening to him. He was in two world as different persons. The first being a military and the other a banker. He noticed the two world were all in one apartment and it was a difference between his room and the other rooms. THE DOORS IN THE ROOMS SERVED AS A GATEWAY TO A NEW WORLD .

He preferred being a banker , he said to himself . Been a soldier was never one of his dreams, but there was something fascinating about it, he exerted great authority which he has desired long as a child.

The next morning, he woke up feeling beaten, so real like he was one person in the two world and each action directly affected him in the physical like he was sharing one body with two personalities.

"Good morning Mr jimoh" a colleague greeted.

"Good morning Steve, " he responded

"You were not at work yesterday, what happened? The manager was worried knowing you don't miss a day at work" Steve said.

Jimoh couldn't explain, he didn't even notice he has missed a day.
"Did I sleep too long"? Asking nobody but himself.

He quietly excused Steve inside without saying a word.

At work,he couldn't concentrate. "Am loosing my mind" he thought. He went around finding answers to his problem but no medical could answer it nor believed he could be share two world in one body.

At evening, he decided to search for reasons why. He sprinkled every science material in his room looking for answers but none gave him a good reason why it is as it is.

He decided to rest his back on a wooden box feeling like a failure when his hand incidentally touches something soft filled with energy like a great radiation of Mana pushing in and out. He took a closer look and discover it was one of his experiments results.
