Still drink (coffee) during Ramadhan

Holy Month of Ramadan and greeted with joy. But many are wondering how to adjust the coffee habit that will change drastically not as usual?

AS a man who is a coffee opiate and runs fast, the coming of this Holy Month did not disturb my coffee activity. Although the hours of his coffee suddenly changed and the habit of his coffee must be adjusted so as not to interfere with my worship. Many friends sepengopian also asked "how can stay smoothly coffee but not disturbed fasting?". "Or can it be fast but still coffee?". "Is it really okay to drink in the month of Ramadan?". Do not worry, man. In my experience the last few years coffee can run smoothly along with our fasting. Here's a simple way to adjust our coffee habit in the month of fasting.

Copy At Sahur & Break

Certainly coffee at dawn and break the course because only at two time that we are allowed to consume food and drink during this holy month. However, it certainly can not be as much in other months. If in one coffee you can spend 22 grams of coffee or 250 - 300 grams of coffee that has been brewed may be in this month of fasting you can subtract only half. At mealtime drink a little coffee (half of your portion). Because coffee triggers dehydration and because you will undergo a full day fasting then dehydration will make you run out of fluids. Of course interfere with worship, is not it?

And in the break also drink coffee half of the portion. Itupun must first fill the stomach with food and enough water. Do not directly drink coffee after breaking fast. The body needs another intake first before receiving caffeine and other substances contained in the coffee. Believe me, coffee will not hurt you if consumed sufficiently and as well as possible.

Choose the Type of Coffee

It is advisable to choose good quality coffee. Instant coffee, ready-to-drink coffee and other coffees of unknown origin should be avoided for consumption during the fasting month. Our body is changing with this fasting schedule. So anything that goes into the body including coffee should really be noticed. If the coffee quality is bad and do not know the origin of the fasting month, the usual months are not recommended to be consumed right?

Also if you can not stand the caffeine or worry about caffeine will interfere with the body's performance during fasting, choose arabica coffee which is lower than robusta caffeine, yes!

Balance

Food alone will not be enough to balance your coffee habits. So if you want to drink, should drink plenty of water. The body all day lack of fluid will be less fluid if you drink (remember the first point about dehydration huh?). So if a cup of coffee reply with drinking more water. Also consume a lot of vitamin C to keep the body awake kesegarannya.

Break

If coffee makes you unable to sleep and lacks rest? Sorry, you should reduce the coffee extra or not even coffee. If you have not been able to drink over 7 o'clock at night, then after breaking fast you can not drink. Coffee only for sahur only. Because no matter how the condition of the human body is different. So to drink in the month of fasting you have to 'listen' your body. Which one is good which is convenient.
