Barcelona will proceed with Pogba on the scenario "Coutinho"
Barcelona's interest in Paul Pogba is not over, but the Catalans will try to make the transfer in January, says Telegraph. "Blaugranas" made only one offer for the French midfielder in the summer, which was 50 million euros plus two players - Jerry Mina and Andre Gomes. The proposal was rejected, but the Catalans were fully aware that the answer was exactly the same. Camp Nou has learned that there is no chance for United to sell Pogba by the end of this month, so they will not send any more offers. Barca, however, will keep in touch with Mino Raiola and will try to make the deal in January. That is exactly how the Catalans realized the transfer of Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool.
According to the Telegraph, the Spanish club will watch very carefully how the relationship between Pogba and Jose Mourinho is developing between which tensions are increasing cyclically over the past year. Even if it fails to finalize the deal in January, Barcelona will return to the French next summer.
