Newborn comes in this world with no skill except weeping. He observe the world and than learn from his surroudnings. He learns the skills of walking, running talking and so on. So the learning phase never ends in life

We learn new things every day.The good thing about the skill is that we can develop it any time no matter how old we are. Some people learn driving skill at teenage and few learn when they crossed 50. The thing we need for developing skill is self-belief. So dear steemians let’s belief “I can I will”

Self-belif says "Nothing is impossible"

If we see the word impossible, word it self says I’m possible. Your self belief, dediction and devotion towards your goal make things happen for you. A glass of water remain on the table unless you do efforts to pick this glass. To get things done you need efforts with self-belief.

Self belief without any efforts is just like “Build castle in the air” It’s easy to build castle in the air but in dreams only. Self-belief give you idea to think big but no idea is completed without these factors
Hard Work for execution
Passion
Dedication
Devotion

Remember Self-belief just works as a fuel for your vehicle. Fuel is a basic ingredient to move your vehicle. With out fuel you can’t move your vehicles few meters. You need some efforts/hard work to move the vehicles.

Dear steemians Hard work is key to success. So what ever you do try to work hard to get better result.

It is easy to say "do hard work", but difficult to act upon as hard work make you tired and tired person doesn’t put all his effort on his work. Like wise tired person doesn’t drive vehicle too far. Hardwork without passion, dedication and devotion is nothing. It will make you tired after some time.

Our body need energy to perform work. More energy means efficient work passion, dedication and devotion is like a tonic which boost our energy level. So my dear friends let’s add these things in your work and feel the difference.
Remember there is no shortcut to success All you need self-belief, efforts with dedication and devotion. People often say a single man or few people don’t do any things but they forget all the great discoveries and inventions happened due to the efforts of single and few men.

A single person has a tendency to change the world. So dear friends just awake your self-belief enlighten your inner and see the wonders. Remember "Where there is a will there is a way "

In the end I would like to share a story with youthe successful efforts of 13 villagers who made the world dangerous tunnel Guoliang Tunnel in Tiahings mountains, China. It’s one of the most dangreous tunnel of the world made by 13 villagers. It took 5 years to complete this tunnel. People of the village sacrificed their goat and herbs to purchase hammers, drills rod, chiesel etc for the manufacturing of this tunnel.
