Beautiful Sunday: cityscapephotography from the top floor of shopping mall, ขึ้นไปถ่ายรูปที่ชั้นบนสุดของห้างใหญ่

This is my entry for #beautifulsunday hosted by @ace108. I was lucky today as I found a way to get to the patio on the top floor of the shopping mall. So, I could take some photos of the south side of Bangkok looking towards the river. On this side, we could still see the sky as there are very few skyscrapers.

The Chao Phraya River is less than 800 meters from this mall; all big pieces of land along this side of the river had been all bought up by big development companies years ago. There are several luxurious riverside condominiums and a two banking companies’ skyscrapers. The hanging bridge with its orange poles could be seen near the tall skyscraper. Traffic jam is getting worse by the year as more people start moving out to this relatively nice and quiet part of Bangkok. I quite like this shopping mall as it’s only six seven storey high with a small garden on the roof plus glass panels for my photos of building reflections.

เมื่อวานนี้เราต้องไปจัดการเรื่องซิมการ์ดที่ห้างใหญ่ หลังจากที่แก้ปัญหาเรียบร้อย เราจึงเดินเล่นออกกำลังกายในห้างที่มีแอร์เย็นสบาย เราเดินไปที่ละชั้นจนถึงชั้นบนสุดที่เป็นสวนอาหารด้วย เขาออกแบบให้เป็นกระจกบานใหญ่ เราเห็นวิวข้างนอกแล้วอยากออกไปถ่ายรูปมาก ก็เลยเดินผ่านห้องอาหารไปเรื่อยๆ จนเจอประตูแก้วบานใหญ่ เปิดออกอัตโนมัติให้เราออกไปที่สวนหย่อมบนดาดฟ้า ตอนนั้นเป็นช่วงเย็นแล้ว แต่แดดยังพอมีและพระอาทิตย์ยังไม่ตก เราจึงได้เห็นวิวทางด้านใต้ของกรุงเทพฯ ตอนนี้เรายังมองเห็นวิวบ้านเรือนคนแบบเดิมที่ไม่สูงนัก มีคอนโดริมแม่นํ้าไม่มากนัก เราเห็นสะพานแขวนอยู่ไกลๆ ข้างตึกสูงที่เป็นสำนักงานใหญ่ของไทยพาณิชย์ และไม่ไกลจากนี่ก็เป็นธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยาซึ่งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ตอนนี้การจราจรถนนสายนี้เริ่มติดขัดมากขึ้นทุกปี คนเริ่มออกมาอยู่ทางนี้มากขึ้น เพราะยังเงียบสงบ อากาศดีและไม่แออัด เราได้ถ่ายรูปภาพสะท้อนกระจกที่ตึกนี้ด้วย เราชอบมาเดินเล่นที่นี่มาก
