simultaneous elections

In our country Indonesia, the 2019 elections simultaneously which is the culmination of a democratic party will be held on April 17, 2019 which will elect members of the DPR RI legislative council, the DPD RI and the DPRD and will elect the president and representatives.
General elections are considered important in the state process, at least there are at least two benefits as well as the direct goals or objectives to be achieved by the implementation of elections, namely the establishment or fertilization of legitimate power and achieving a level of political representation.

Theoretically, general elections are considered to be the earliest stages of various democratic constitutional life series, so that elections are the driving force of the mechanism of the democratic political system.

General elections are a must for a country that calls itself a democratic country. Until now general elections are still considered an important constitutional event, because elections involve the people as a whole who fulfill certain conditions. Likewise, through general elections, the people can express their will against political lines.

Simultaneously. In terms of simultaneous elections it means as a merger of the implementation of legislative elections and presidential and vice-presidential elections.

The concept of simultaneous elections is only known in countries using presidential systems. Because, here members of the legislature and executive officials are both elected through elections.
