Remind yourselves to stop going back to the people who keep hurting you all over again and keep it doing.
You removed them for a very good reason. Yes, they may call you, send you sms, come to you keep knocking on the door, but you don't have to keep opening it.
Every time you do that, they repeat the same cycle and you stay stuck with them.
