Proof of Brain - The Future of Basic Income

There are hundreds of communities on Steem, recently Dantheman created a competition amongst communities all over steem which awarded the winning community with a lot of SP.

I know the competition has ended by now but I didn't keep up enough with it to know the winner, I'm sure it was well deserved, and congratulations to them. Now, the community members can enjoy the fruit of their labour and unity.

What really are communities on Steem? 'Communities' are just as they sound, diverse, driven group of people committed to a common goal, usually set up by witnesses. You will mostly find them on discord channels.

The first community I knew when I first got to Steem was minnow support. It was the hugest at that time, it has the most witnesses, it is extremely active, people know themselves and there are thousands of them.

There are so many rooms in their discord channel, one very interesting one is the upvote room, you make a post on steemit, and go paste the link in the room, it then gets Upvoted by the community account and trails if possible.

That's not the only community that does that, Steem monsters community does too. You make a post about Steem monsters, paste the link in the upvote room, the community account Upvotes your post with trails if possible.

For other communities, they require active participation in community activities that foster interaction in real time for you to earn their Upvotes.

Personally I love the idea of connecting with people, having a live group chat set up and all that comes with it.

But I just wish there were more of the minnow support kind of community pattern, where you know you're entitled to a particular amount of upvote whenever you submit your link, everyday. Probably once per day.

So I know that though I still need to grow my audience, on a very basic level, making this amount of post earns me this range in amount of upvote courtesy of the community accounts.

However, there seems to be a problem with that format, people can create multiple accounts and begin to farm Upvotes.

This can only be solved if there can be a more reliable way of verifying user identity in the entire ecosystem. This enables only verified users benefit from the community account upvotes.

This is very similar to what Clayop said in his post about the Basic Income which is already running in some countries like Korea.

Details of Plan
Users can earn basic income in a simple way - verifying human identity. At the phase 1, this project is only based on Korea because the country has strong and reliable mobile ID verification. Existing users are also able to add their identity to the service. Once verified, there are benefits below:

If this can be accomplished, it will go a really long way, and more, if existing communities could integrate such systems as well, What are your thoughts?
