My thoughts

These Words of Wisdom are self-explanatory but I will elaborate anyway.

Some days despite how we feel and the situation - how we deal with any given situation - it is always our choice. We can be miserable but just by choosing something small and positive to focus on - we can change our whole countenance and can change our day.

Remember, if we are focusing on being grateful for anything it is pretty hard to be sad or miserable. WHy? Because we are then in the "now" thinking happy thoughts. There is always something we could complain about but it gets us nowhere.
