when there is a family, or a friend who is blessed with a new baby we should give congratulations on the birth of their son / daughter.
in the culture of society in Indonesia kususnya aceh still thick with the smell of stale basa congratulate the person who gave birth.
but a good intention to maintain mutual relationships. let alone the moment of birth of a child or baby is a happy moment that should be celebrated.
