Part of minnows dreams on steemit

I was just having this thought of waking up one morning and check my steemit post with such upvotes and money that's has been the hearts of many here on steemit, but the Big question is why is the minnows post getting lower upvotes and great support from big whales die every day.
News had been flying that steemit is died and great supporter are leaving every day through power down.

Life has been made unclear and unsuccessful for young creators who which to grow on the steem blockchain, what can make our reputation to stay stage in one place.

Lets suggests way to keep the young ones safe....we all must support minnows. To grow or to allow them go.
