Hello, today my work as a sewing machine mechanic was right next to the door, my neighbor needed assistance and I spent the day with two machines.

An overlock that had not been maintained for some years, after removing the old oil and open the carter, I found two centimeters of mixture of mud and sludge caused by the owner's displeasure. After cleaning and the oil changed and the filter was assembled, adjusted and tested, everything was ok.

The other machine a ZigZag 20U was given a general treatment with withdrawal of slack in the axles, placement of grease in the gears and adjustment of lacing time. With the internal and external cleaning the appearance has become brand new.

Dia de mecanico

Olá hoje meu trabalho de mecânico de máquinas de costura foi mesmo ao lado de casa, minha vizinha precisou de assistência e passei o dia com duas máquinas.

Uma overlock que já não fazia manutenção há alguns anos, depois de retirar o óleo velho e aberto o carter encontrei dois centimetros de mistura de borra e lama fruto da displicência da proprietária.
Efetuada a limpeza e feita a troca de óleo e filtro montei, regulei e testei, tudo ok.

A outra máquina uma ZigZag 20U foi dado um trato geral com retirada de folgas nos eixos, colocação de graxa nas engrenagens e regulagem do tempo de laçada. Com a limpeza interna e externa a aparência ficou nova em folha.
