Tuyo + Sinangag + Itlog = Tusilog

Tusilog is a combination of dried fish, fried rice and fried egg.

I think this meal is the classic and most favorite"almusal" of mostly Filipinos because of "tuyo".

       Almusal is the Filipino word for 
      “breakfast.”

And here in the Philippines, "tuyo" or dried fish is a food of the masses (pang-masa).

Once you've taste it, you will love it like crazy despite of its smell. Hahaha😂 (^{just my opinion})

No doubt that it is my favorite almusal most especially when rainy seasons and in partner with coffee.
