I was watching Some ok football and Real Madrid was not performing.
Anyways most of the players are in good shape cause easily they run 10 miles
on the field chasing
the ball.
What makes it nicer they get pay big bucks to stay in shape and amused us with their skills.
Hardly I can say they have issue with their health, even cholesterol issue.

Cholesterol is not a bad fat in our body.
Cholesterol from what I can understand help in many functions.
The cell formation has a lot to do with cholesterol.
So eating (bad) fatty food has a lot do with our shape, hum!!
Naturally your body made cholesterol.
It is really good to know the food we eat turn into cholesterol.
Let's get this right!
Your body made it and the food you eat made it too.
If you eat too much process food, you will have bad cholesterol resulting in too much fat in your blood.
Definitely very scary moment.
So scary you are at risk of a heart attack or stroke.
So your heart will over work and you know the rest.
I can see why #actifit is really good for everyone.

We all love fried food.
It is tasty.
That taste comes with an open door for other issues if you abuse fry food.
Many of us might check the doctor and you do blood test and you see acronym like

  • LDL. It is the bad cholesterol.
  • HDL. It is the good cholesterol. The more of it you have the better it will clear the bad one LDL
    This is why we all need to follow a diet.
    Avoid (high) sugar product.
    Steemians are smart and they know what to do.
    This post is all about awareness and a boost to make the next step.
    So many diets out there to follow and the one that work is the one you follow and keep you functioning for years to come.
    Anyone can follow a diet.

Naturally you love yourself.
Mentally we eat what we want and forget about the problem we will leave behind.
How can you be serious about your health?
First look at yourself in a mirror.
It should not be too hard.
This is one and one situation.
After do some research and check with your doctor.
You have a lot of miles to go.

Let's go

  • Fruits should be your best friend. organic
  • Vegetables, organic from the small store.
  • Oatmeal, the hard one, not the process ready to eat one in a bag ready to go.
  • Dried beans, peas, seeds, soy products if your body can tolerate them.
  • Fat-free or low fat, do not go crazy just cause it is fat free, go slow.
  • Say good bye to butter, margarine and all relatives (hydrogenated oils) and make friend with olive oil, canola oil.
    Stay away from trans fat.
  • Take time to read any product you buy from the market with label.
    If there is more than what you think in the container, beware.(add products to lengthen shelf life)
  • I love red meat. Slow, slow down and replace with fish, chicken.
  • I know it takes longer to bake, broil. Get used to it. Steam your vegetables. Say good bye to fry.
  • This is where #actifit come to mind. Minimum 5k steps. I will be doing 7k to 10k steps daily.
  • Do something everyday to burn calories.
  • There is more to add and depending where you live stay active and lose weigh can do yourself a big favor.

Whatever I write about, you need to talk to your physician.
Get a second opinion and do what is right for you.
Either way you will pay for it.
Up front or in the back end.
That is the way of life.

UP FRONT

Eat healthy.
Be discipline about your health.
Listen to yourself.
Listen to your body.
exercise.
Act promptly.

BACK END

Always in the hospital.
Miserable
Out of shape.
Everything hurt all day time.
complaining...

Even freedom is not free.
Making sure you stay healthy needs a lot of work and discipline.
Happiness is hard to achieve this day.
Just be happy inside is the first step to a beautiful long life.

Thanks. Yeah they not for everyone. Its funny I was born in Jamaica and we call avocado pear. They are also much bigger than the Hass avocado. Here in the states they call the larger ones Florida avocado.

Sound advice, my friend. Everything you said is true. You can't ignore what you body tells you. Well, I guess you can ignore it, and that's what leads to the road of bad health. It's work to take care of yourself, but so necessary if you want to live a long and full life.
