Sugar cane or commonly called with sugar cane water stores many health benefits on the body. Perhaps some people have not known the benefits of cane juice. So not just a sweet and fresh taste, but cane juice can not be denied many who love it.
So what about the benefits of sugar cane for the health of the body ?.

1. Maximize Brain Health.
   Cane water is clinically known to contain carbohydrates, which are of great benefit to preserving and maximizing brain health.
   "The brain can only use glucose as a source of energy, while the brain has only a small amount of energy reserves," says Prof.Made Astawan, a food scientist from IPB.
   In this case glucose can be obtained from natural ingredients including as in cane water (which contains sucrose). That way, drinking cane juice regularly will be great for the brain.
2. Improve the immune system.
   Natural sucrose content in sugarcane juice is also efficacious to enhance immunity or the immune system. Furthermore, cane water can also maintain eye health, kidney, heart and stomach.
3. Prevent Cancer.
   Naturally cane water is very rich in antioxidants and alkalies are known to prevent colon cancer, breast cancer, large and lung cancer. Eating fresh cane juice in general can reduce a person's risk of getting cancer.
